- Constant Current:
Constant current regulation is +/- 1.0% from no load to full load with an automatic crossover to voltage control when the voltage demand of the load exceeds the current control set point. - Constant Voltage:
Constant voltage regulation is +/- 1.0% from no load to full load with an automatic crossover to current control when the current demand of the load exceeds the voltage control set point. - Over Current Detector:
The DC output current is factory preset to full rated DC current; the digital timing logic will limit the SCR firing not to exceed the full rated output current even under DC short circuit conditions. - Over Voltage Detector:
The DC output voltage is factory adjusted to full rated DC output voltage, the digital timing logic and built in over circuit logic will limit the rectifier to full rated voltage and or trip continuously during no load conditions. - Firing Current:
The digital timing logic provides the SCR 's with precise thyristor gate pulses and has a built in circuit to eliminate possible misfire of SCR 's due to high dvdt's by precise turn-on and turn-off control logic with a "back porch" for uninterrupted firing of inductive, resistive and capacitive loads. - Loss of Phase:
The control circuit incorporates a phase loss circuit. However this phase protection should not be compromised by not having proper under/over voltage, voltage drop, phase loss and transient protection on the primary feed to the trans former rectifier.
Warranty: 5-Year on transformer core and windings. 1-Year warranty from date of ship. If for any reason security seal has been tampered with, all warranties are voided.
