For the less experienced Sub-modeler we recommend the purchase of a completely assembled Sub-driver, as they are fully tested and almost ready to install into the model. All 1.25" and 2" Sub-drivers have the engine room assembled with the servos, push-rod seals and Mtroniks Speed Controller installed. All that is left to do is install the ADF controller and radio receiver with the servos connected. Optional additions are The Snort System Low Pressure Blower and Pump Controller, and a LiPo battery Controller in the Battery Room.
With some previous experience of submarine modeling, buying a Sub-driver KIT can save a considerable sum of money and, at the same time, give the modeler a thorough understanding of the mechanics and maintenance of a Sub-driver.
