Diamondite Clear Plastic Enhancer is a fine grade polish and cleaner that smoothes out imperfections in polycarbonate headlight lenses and other hard plastics. Using your polisher or an electric drill, Clear Plastic Enhancer erases years of UV damage and wear from plastic. Instead of replacing clouded headlight lenses, restore them to like-new clarity with DIamondite Clear Plastic Enhancer.

Directions:

1. Use painter’s tape to mask paint around headlight lenses. Attach a 4 inch cutting pad onto an electric drill or a buffer using the appropriate backing plate.
2. Apply an X of Diamondite Clear Plastic Enhancer™ across the pad. If you are using a drill or rotary polisher, set the maximum speed at 1800 OPM. If using a dual action polisher, set the maximum speed at 4500 OPM.
3. Work in an overlapping motion until cleaner breaks down into a clear film. There is no need to apply pressure to the machine.
4. Use a soft microfiber towel to remove residue. Severely stained or scratched lenses may require a second treatment.
5. Follow with Diamondite Clear Plastic Restorer™.

Diamondite Clear Plastic Restorer is the second step in the Diamondite Clear Plastic Kit. This is a very fine grade finishing glaze that restores the shine and optical clarity to polished headlight lens covers and other hard plastics. Restore the like-new appearance of cloudy headlight lenses with Diamondite Clear Plastic Restorer.

Just like polishing paint, polishing clear, hard plastics is a two step process. First, a polish rounds the edges of scratches and removes significant clouding and discoloration. Next, a finer polish or glaze is used to remove any light hazing left by the first polish and restore the perfect, like-new shine.

This product works like a fine finishing glaze to smooth and shine the plastic and restore it to its original clarity. The freshly polished plastic will be particularly sensitive since any factory protective coating has been polished away. Most of this coating had already faded, which is why the headlights needed polishing in the first place. Diamondite Clear Plastic Liquid Armor will restore a high level of protection to the headlight lens covers to maintain their smooth feel and crystal clear appearance.

Directions:

1. Spray the plastic with Diamondite Clear Plastic Liquid Armor. Use a microfiber applicator or towel to spread the sealant over the plastic.
2. Use a soft microfiber towel to buff lenses to a high gloss.
3. Always apply Diamondite Clear Plastic Liquid Armor to the front and back lights of your vehicle for optimum plastic protection.
   

Plasti-Care Plastic Cleaner
